SolaceSolace  In the realm of cruel reality, I dwelt,  Devoid of love, passion and magic,  Feeling nothing, hearing nothing,  Seeing only shades of gray.  My existence was simply a myth,  I did nothing,  
Nor, was I, inclined to,  Until  you came into my life.  Smiles were my enemy,  I found solace in tears-  Pain, regret and guilt pulled me down,  Until I found solace in you.  They all tried to pull me away,  My friends, my parents- everyone,  But no one knew you,  Or knew how much I loved you.  Maybe they were right,  Maybe this is another fantasy Solace

Outside of my MaskOUTSIDE OF MY MASK  My life is a lie,  Dreadful misery,  Plaguing shadows,  Swirling, dragging,  Pulling me into my own void.  
Afraid to show my face,  Outside of my mask.  Just barely existing,  A shadowed breath,  Living in the darkness,  My own sadness accompanies.  Still Lingering, breathing,  Seeing, feeling nothing  
but my own betrayal.    There’s no way out,  No escape from the voices,  Piercing, clawing-  Tearing me to shreds.  I cower within this safe gloom,  Afraid to show my face,  Outside of my mask.

Yearning for the lieYearning for the Lie:  I want you here beside me,  I want you to look at me,  I want to be the only one to savor-  
Your smiles, your laughter and your pain,  I want to be the only one who can-  
Torture you, touch you, kiss you,  Be mine and mine alone.  Life is but a cruel fate for us,  But, please,  
Can’t we move away-  From this turbulent Society,  Life in a delusion,  Is my preferable illusion.  Please don’t leave, just yet,  Because without you,  I know not who I am,  I will fall,  Like a fluttering leaf,  In the face of this storm. Yearning for the lie
